The sample shown is a size 12.5 at 10mm wide with 3mm and 5mm canvas rails with an offset 2mm titanium ridge. This design can be made to a width of 8mm - 12mm with the ratio adjusted accordingly!

The titanium has a smooth matte finish and can be done with a rounded or beveled interior - beveled shown in the sample!
