Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you have a 14-day window to contact the shop owner and request a return, subject to a 25% restocking fee of the orders total with the item(s) returned at the purchasers expense free of damage or modification in any way. Once the item has been returned, your refund will be issued and payment will be sent.

Due to the custom nature of these custom made rings I do not accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing on the customer's behalf. Please confirm your sizing with a local jeweler if you are unsure of your size or contact me with any questions regarding size before placing your order. Customer satisfaction is my priority and I guarantee your ring will be made to the highest standards with an accurate fit!
