Shipping policy

Once an order has been completed and shipped, I am no longer responsible for the package. Tracking information will be sent along with your order and if there are any delays or issues with your shipment please contact me and I will do my best to get an update for you, but do understand that delays are out of my control.

If an order is ever lost in transit I will cover the full replacement cost to remake your ring, after a total of 8 weeks has past and the item is shown as lost in transit. Items marked as delivered on given tracking number are not subject to replacement.
